My rented Virginia Gardens House

My tenants have taken wonderful care of the house (that used to be my late parents' home) that I rent to them (since October of 2010)--and they have even made significant improvements to it, even though it is a rental. It is a family of four, with one daughter recently off to college, and they love the Virginia Gardens neighborhood, which is an ideal neighborhood for a family with young children to live in. Their other child is a very young daughter who is in grammar school nearby in Miami Springs, which is right next door to Virginia Gardens. The house is a big three-bedroom, two bath house with a 35-foot swimming pool and a two car garage, with a nice amount of land for a front and backyard, with a nice patio that is partially shaded by an overhanging roof.
